Terms and Conditions

By commissioning or receiving a piece of artwork from me (such as in ArtFight), you agree to the below list.

• The intellectual property, rights of the artwork and copywrite belongs to me.
• The artwork is for non-commercial use only. If you want to use it for a commercial project, please contact me through this form, and we can discuss an appropriate price.
• Do not use any art to trace, copy, or train AI on.
• Credit me appropriately if you share the artwork on other platforms. For example, if you use it as a profile picture on social media, or post it on your website. Credit “Fenix Starlight” as the artist.
• Keep my signature, and do not make edits to the artwork I have made for you. If you need an adjustment, let me know when I’m working on it, do not “fix” my artwork once I’ve finished with it.
• I have the right to use any artwork for marketing purpouses, such as on my website, or in a commercial project, such as a sold art book.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change in the future.

By owning one of my designs, you agree to this. You can see the full list of characters I’ve designed (and who they belong to) here.

• The intellectual property and copywrite of the character design belongs to me.
• The character / adopt design is for non-commercial use only. If you want to use them for a commercial project (such as a book, comic or show), contact me BEFORE buying the design, and we can discus an appropriate price.
• Do not trace, copy or train AI on my work.
• Credit me when appropriate of the character design. This includes on sites such as ToyHouse and Artfight, as well as on reference sheets.
• You may make minor adjustments to the characters deigns, but please keep it recognisable, and don’t change any major colours / markings.
• Keep my original artwork of the character, and signature. If you lose it, you can find all of my character adopts archived here.
• DO NOT TRADE OR RESELL THE CHARACTER DESIGN!! Please only adopt the character if you will keep them. If you don’t want them anymore, you can give them back to me, and I can put them back up for listing, and find a new owner for them. This is so I can keep track of all the people who own one of my designs! A full list of all the characters I’ve designed, and who they belong to, can be found here.
